£SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE (OTE £38K - £50K) + Pension + Benefits Package + 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Rising To 28 Days With Length Of Service

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the Customer Business Manager team. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while identifying opportunities for account growth. Acting as the customer's internal representative, you will oversee stock management, order fulfilment, customer requirements and proactively share relevant market intelligence.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Experience In Account Management / Customer Service - Training will be provided on product range
Driving licence - the role will include travel to client sites approx. 4 days per monthResponsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and represent their interests internally.
Deliver a first-class customer service experience by building and maintaining long-term relationships across multiple stakeholder levels.
Conduct regular customer visits and provide updates on market developments and product innovations.
Manage customer stock levels using forecasting tools and proactive planning of raw materials.
Recommend stock strategies, alternative materials, and supply solutions where appropriate.
Develop and implement strategic account plans that add value for both customers and the business.
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure projects and customer requirements are delivered successfully and on time.Requirements:
Previous experience within Account Management and/or Customer Service.
Full product training will be provided.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately four times per monthBenefits:
