About the role

Sytner Group has a rare and very exciting opportunity for an experienced MINI Sales Manager to join our management team at Sytner MINI Tamworth.

Reporting into the MINI Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the performance, profitability and customer experience of our MINI sales operation. You will be responsible for helping to lead and develop the MINI sales team, driving sales performance across new and used MINI, and ensuring our customers receive the exceptional levels of service expected across Sytner Group.

You will work closely with the MINI Brand Manager to deliver departmental objectives, support the sales team in achieving targets, and maintain strong manufacturer and Group standards. This will include coaching and mentoring colleagues, reviewing performance, supporting enquiry management, and helping to create a positive, professional and high-performing sales environment.

The role would suit an experienced Sales Manager, Sales Controller, or Business/Retail Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career within a successful, premium automotive retail environment.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About you

Ideally, you will have a proven track record of success within the automotive industry, either in a Sales Manager, Sales Controller, Business Manager or Retail Manager role.

You will have a strong understanding of the sales process, customer experience, performance management and profitability. The ability to lead, motivate and support a team to exceed targets while maintaining the highest standards is essential.

We are looking for someone who is commercially focused, highly organised and able to bring energy, structure and fresh ideas to the role. You will be confident in coaching colleagues, driving performance and supporting a culture where our team can deliver outstanding results for our customers and for the business.
