* Drive high-quality teaching and deliver excellence everywhere: demanding outstanding results
* Oversee provision across technical, academic, higher-level, and specialist pathways
* Play a visible leadership role across campuses
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure curriculum relevance and strong progression routes
You will bring:
* Leadership experience in FE Colleges or Post-16, with a proven track record of raising curriculum quality and performance
* A forward-thinking mindset with strong interest in digital and AI-led improvement
* Deep understanding of quality frameworks and inspection expectations
* Strong financial awareness and effective resource management skills
* Confidence in using data to inform decisions and drive performance
