We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Lead to join our Clients growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on creating engaging content, growing brand awareness and supporting marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Create and publish engaging content across social platforms
* Produce short-form videos, photos and promotional content
* Write engaging captions and social copy
Content Planning
* Plan and schedule content around campaigns and launches
* Work with the wider team on marketing activity
* Suggest fresh content ideas and trends
Social Media Management
* Manage content calendars and daily activity
* Monitor engagement and respond where appropriate
* Maintain a consistent brand voice
Analytics & Reporting
* Track post and campaign performance
* Use insights to improve engagement and growth
* Report on key social media metrics
Content Organisation
* Maintain content libraries and assets
* Assist with basic photo and video editing
About You
* Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts
* Confident creating Reels and short-form video content
* Strong photo and video editing skills
* Understanding of social media trends and engagement
* Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Positive, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
What's on Offer
* Full-time position
* Hybrid working available following successful probation
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
* Salary: £29,120 per year
