Grade A / Partner Level (8+ PQE)

* Manage high-value, complex clinical negligence claims.

* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.

* Drive business development and client relationships.

Senior Associate (6+ PQE)

* Handle complex litigation matters.

* Support partners on major cases.

* Assist with training and supervision.

Associate (3–6 PQE)

* Manage your own caseload.

* Draft legal documents and liaise with experts.

* Progress claims through litigation.

Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)

* Support senior lawyers on a variety of cases.

* Conduct legal research and case preparation.

* Deliver exceptional client care.

Requirements

* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales).

* Clinical negligence experience relevant to your level.

* Strong communication, organisation, and client management skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
