Finance Manager | Warrington | Office Based | Permanent | £45,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits
This is an opportunity to join a successful business where you'll play a key role within a supportive finance team, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop and mentor the next generation of finance talent.
Our client requires a highly experienced Qualified Accountant with experience of managing, who is wanting more exposure and long term opportunities.
Reporting directly to, you'll lead a team of 4 whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements.The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for accurate Monthly Management Accounts and reporting
Stock and inventory analysis
Rebate accounting and reporting
Margin and profitability analysis
Balance sheet reconciliations
Process improvements and reporting enhancements
Team leadership, coaching and development
Business Partner across all areas and build strong relationships
Act as a key point of contact for financial queries and issue resolutions
Communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
About You
* ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience)
* Strong management accounting background
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
* Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members
* Positive, proactive and hands-on approach
