Salary: £23 per hour

Location: South London Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week

We’re recruiting for a South London based charity, who support residents with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

They’re looking for a supported housing officer to support tenants, to sustain their tenancies.

The role will involve providing support to tenants in the Lewisham, Wandsworth & Southwark areas, so a driver with access to their own car is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Liaising with local authorities

· Visiting tenants and supporting them to sustain their tenancies

· Sending out rent letters and handling tenant arrears

· Liaising with tenants and staff

· Low level ASB

You will bring:

· In-depth knowledge of the social housing sector

· Experience of supporting tenants with learning disabilities and complex mental health needs

· A driving license and access to a car
