Housing Estate Coordinator

If you take pride in creating safe, clean and welcoming spaces, this hands‑on role could be a great fit. We’re looking for a proactive Housing Estate Coordinator to support our client’s supported housing services across Bristol. You’ll help keep properties in excellent condition, support residents, and make sure communal areas feel cared for and secure.
What You’ll Be Doing
Property Maintenance - Minor repairs, reporting major issues, and coordinating with contractors
Cleaning & Decorating - Keeping communal areas tidy, maintaining gardens, and preparing empty homes for new residents.
Safety & Security - Locking/unlocking buildings and checking void properties.
Stock & Admin - Managing cleaning materials and keeping simple, accurate records.
What You’ll Bring
Practical skills in gardening, cleaning, basic repairs or decorating.
Customer service experience and a friendly, positive approach.
Confidence liaising with contractorss
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and pride in your work.
A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
Right to work in the UK for the full duration of the role.
This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
An enhanced DBS check is required.
Location & Hours
Field‑based across Bristol
37 hours per week
Flexible options: job‑share (3/2 split) or part‑time considered
