Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT Driver

Barker Ross is recruiting for a Counterbalance and Reach Truck FLT Driver on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing food production business based in Hamilton, Leicester. They are looking for an experienced Reach Truck and Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a friendly and supportive warehouse team on an ongoing basis.

Shift Details

· 20:00 to 06:00 Monday to Thursday - £15.30 p/h

Key Responsibilities

· Operating Reach Truck and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently
· Loading and unloading vehicles
· Moving palletised stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas
· Carrying out stock movements and replenishment duties
· Completing warehouse tasks as required
· Following all site procedures and health & safety regulations
· Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets

Candidate Requirements

· Valid, nationally accredited Reach Truck and Counterbalance licences (essential)
· Previous FLT experience within a warehouse or logistics environment
· Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious approach
· Ability to work night shifts on a consistent basis
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Able to commute to the Hamilton (LE4) area
