You will take charge of the entire production operation, including main and ancillary lines, across a busy site.
Tighten production planning and scheduling
Strip out wasteful changeovers and clean-downs
Drive efficiency and lower cost per unit
Lead from the floor and lift standards across the teamHours are mainly Monday to Friday, roughly 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with some flexibility. Production runs 6:00 am Monday to 2:00 pm Saturday, so occasional flexibility helps.
