Kenton Black are seeking an ambitious and driven Senior Site Manager in Aberdeen. The client, a well-established main contactor, are looking for a Senior Site Manager to support delivery across a portfolio of residential and commercial developments in the North East.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the day-to-day running of construction sites
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Monitoring site progress against programme and reporting on key milestones
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Conducting site inspections, quality control, and snagging processes
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
About You
- Previous experience in a construction environment, in a management role.
- Good understanding of construction processes and site operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
- CSCS card (essential)
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid qualification
- Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation within construction
