Event Accommodation Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Event Accommodation Executive to join a fast paced company based in Ascot operating across the UK and Europe who are enjoying rapid growth. As the Event Accommodation Executive, you'll play a key role in sourcing and negotiating accommodation for clients during some of the most high profile events across sport/music/culture and entertainment. You'll build relationships with property owners, hotels, and alternative accommodation providers, securing competitive pricing and unique options not found on mainstream platforms.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, negotiating deals, and thinking outside the box to deliver a comprehensive solution.

Key Responsibilities

Source accommodation for clients attending major domestic and international events.
Negotiate directly with the suppliers to secure competitive rates.
Communicate confidently with clients and suppliers via phone and email.
Build strong, lasting relationships with accommodation partners.
Identify innovative accommodation solutions when supply is limited.
Manage the full booking process from enquiry to confirmation.
Stay on top of pricing trends, availability, and market conditions. Required Skills & Experience

You will have gained previous experience working in either the events space, sales, account management, logistics, or procurement sector.
Long term event planning ability as some projects will be taking place in excess of six months in the future
Strong negotiation skills.
Personable in nature, a confident and articulate communicator especially when communicating by phone.
Ability to think creatively and solve problems quickly.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Nice to Have:

Experience within the events space, travel, hospitality, or accommodation industry sectors.
Familiarity with platforms such as (url removed), Airbnb, and similar booking systems.
Previous experience gained managing supplier relationships.What We're Looking For:
