are proud to be working with a longstanding and expanding client of ours in Huddersfield. We are currently supporting this business as they look to recruit a Customer Service Advisor with Sales duties. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with no weekends involved, salary basic will be starting at £26,789k

Job Duties Include:

Call handling dealing with both new and existing customers

Processing orders with customers over the phone

Liaise with production department for any additional queries

Dealing with customer complaints, resolving these in a fast and efficient manner

Using internal systems to keep records and documents up to date

Requirements:

Experience within a Customer Service Advisor role is essential

Knowledge of the Manufacturing industry is advantageous but not essential

A professional approach and good customer service skills is a must

A good attention to detail is a must for this role
