Fancy joining the UK’s leading anaerobic digestion operator, and play a vital role in supporting renewable energy generation and sustainable waste management? We are looking for a proactive and safety-focused Plant Operator to support the efficient day-to-day running of one of our Agri AD sites.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for the safe reception, manoeuvring and offloading of feedstock deliveries, operating processing equipment, monitoring plant performance through SCADA systems and supporting maintenance activities to maximise operational efficiency and power generation. You will also assist with planned preventative maintenance, site housekeeping, process safety controls and accurate operational reporting.

Working closely with the Site Manager and wider operations teams, you will contribute to maintaining the highest standards across health & safety, environmental compliance and operational performance. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and efficient site environment.

Location: Tornagrain, Inverness

Salary: £30k - £32k base salary plus benefits

Hours: 42 hours per week - working a shift pattern

The ideal candidate will have experience within plant operations, construction, agriculture, waste, recycling, manufacturing or heavy industrial environments. A forklift licence, banksman training or mechanical maintenance knowledge would be advantageous, although training can be provided. Most importantly, you will be reliable, safety conscious, flexible and motivated to continuously improve.
