About the Role
Working as part of a core production team, you’ll be responsible for processing radiator cores through the manufacturing line. This is a physical, shop-floor based role involving manual handling, quality checks, and working to set processes to ensure products meet required standards.
You’ll be fully equipped with PPE and supported with training where needed, including for tasks outside your immediate function.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Processing radiator cores through the manufacturing production line
* Carrying out visual quality checks during each stage of the process
* Operating safely within a manual production environment
* Using magnetic hoists and chain or strap hoists to move heavy components
* Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Supporting other areas of the operation when required, with training provided
What We’re Looking For
* A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team ethic
* Practical, hands-on approach to work
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to work flexibly within a production environment
* Strong attention to detail, particularly around quality and safety
* Comfortable working in a physically demanding role
Physical Requirements
This is a manual role involving lifting and moving heavy equipment using mechanical aids such as magnetic hoists and chain or strap hoists.
