Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

* Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media networking events, and referrals.
* Conduct interviews and skill assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for contract roles.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including negotiating contract terms, coordinating interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience and foster long-term partnerships.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in contract recruitment.
