Job Description

This Senior Creative Designer role focuses on motion-led visual design and storytelling across product and digital experiences. You will translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives and support product, UX, and wider business teams by creating high-quality motion design and visual assets. The position sits at the intersection of motion design, illustration, and product-focused visual communication, with a strong emphasis on consistency, brand alignment, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create motion-led design assets that clearly communicate product functionality and user value.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts from initial ideation through to final delivery.
• Produce high-quality animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Design and iterate visual assets in Figma, ensuring alignment with established design systems and brand guidelines.
• Apply strong illustration skills to create simple, scalable, and brand-aligned visual styles.
• Translate complex product features and workflows into clear, engaging visual narratives.
• Ensure effective use of visual hierarchy, pacing, and narrative flow across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, product teams, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs in line with project requirements and timelines.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and consistency across all motion and visual assets.
• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of visual storytelling approaches, design standards, and best practices within the team.

Essential Skills

• At least 5 years' professional experience in motion design, visual storytelling, or a closely related creative discipline.
• A strong portfolio that clearly demonstrates motion-led storytelling and effective visual communication.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects for creating animations and motion graphics.
• Proficient working knowledge of Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Demonstrable illustration skills with the ability to produce clean, simple, and brand-aligned visuals.
• Proven experience creating storyboards, concepts, and end-to-end visual narratives.
• Solid understanding of visual hierarchy and how to guide user attention through design.
• Strong grasp of animation pacing and timing to support clear and engaging storytelling.
• Knowledge of narrative structure and storytelling principles applied to digital products and experiences.
• Ability to simplify complex information and workflows into accessible and engaging visuals.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interpret, discuss, and apply feedback effectively.
