Contract/Project
CMS Clinical provides direct, tailored support to children, young people, adults and families facing complex social, emotional, or educational challenges.
Working under management you will provide and deliver an excellent service with a core focus on safeguarding,safety and service.
* Direct Support: Working directly with children and young people to support their emotional, social, and educational development.
* Family Support: Helping families improve parenting skills, routines, and managing behavioural issues using a restorative approach.
* Safeguarding: Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, following child protection procedures, and reporting concerns.
* Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date case notes and records.
* Experience: Previous experience working with children, young people, or families in a social care, educational, or community setting - minimum 6 months experience.
* Knowledge: Understanding of child development, safeguarding legislation, and the needs of vulnerable children.
* Skills: Strong communication, empathy, resilience, and the ability to build trust with families in crisis
