Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician - GU21
We're hiring multiple Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians for a growing precision engineering manufacturer in the GU21 area.
This is a hands-on, technical role working on complex electro-mechanical products in a fast-paced production environment.
What you'll be doing:
Building electro-mechanical assemblies (motors, PCBs, wiring, mechanical parts)
Soldering, cable harnessing and precision fitting
Reading engineering drawings, schematics and BOMs
Running test programs and supporting diagnostics
Fault finding, rework and supporting quality/RMA work
Recording production and test data accurately
Supporting continuous improvement and high-quality standards
What we're looking for:
Experience in electro-mechanical assembly
Strong soldering and wiring skills
Confident reading technical drawings
Hands-on testing and fault-finding experience
Good attention to detail and reliability
Nice to have:
Background in electronics, aerospace, defence, medical or precision engineering
Experience mentoring or supporting others
Hours:
Mon-Thu: 7:30am-4:00pm
Friday: Early finish
Salary:
Flexible & competitive (approx. £27K-£32K DOE)
