We are currently recruiting multiple Production Operators to join a busy manufacturing team based in Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire.This is a full-time temp-to-perm position offering stable hours, weekly routine, and the opportunity to become permanent after 12 weeks, including access to monthly bonus schemes.Job Details:
Location: Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour (Monthly bonus scheme when permanent)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm
Paid Hours: 45 hours per week

Handling and moving products throughout the manufacturing process
Carrying out manual handling duties safely
Conducting quality checks on finished products
Following health & safety procedures at all times
Working independently and as part of a team to meet production targetsRequirements:
Previous experience within production or manufacturing
Positive and reliable attitude towards work
Good attention to detail
Strong manual dexterity
Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
Driving licence needed due to location
