We work with schools in areas including Ancoats, Beswick, Clayton, Openshaw, Gorton, and Newton Heath—each offering unique environments, but all sharing a commitment to inclusion, pupil progress, and supportive staff cultures. These schools value ECTs and provide strong foundations through mentoring, collaboration, and clear development pathways.

Opportunities Available:
Flexible day-to-day supply work to build confidence
Short-term placements across different settings
Long-term roles with full teaching responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
Delivering engaging and structured lessons across the primary curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Adapting teaching to meet a range of learning needs
Working closely with school staff to support pupil development
Building your teaching practice through hands-on experience
We’re Looking For:
Trainee teachers on track to achieve QTS by September 2026
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
Confidence in managing a classroom (with support where needed)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine commitment to supporting all learners
