Our client is a leading manufacturing organisation focused on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement. They are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to support production and drive equipment performance.
The Role
You’ll provide hands-on maintenance support across automated and manual equipment, ensuring reliability, reducing downtime, and supporting production targets.
Key Responsibilities
Planned and reactive maintenance
Fast breakdown response and fault finding
Improve equipment reliability and KPIs (MTBF / MTTR)
Support CI and downtime reduction projects
Maintain ISO-compliant records and systems
Support and develop technicians
Analyse performance data and drive improvements
The Candidate
Experience in manufacturing maintenance engineering
Strong mechanical & electrical fault-finding skills
Experience with breakdowns and PPM systems
Knowledge of KPIs and continuous improvement
Strong communication and teamwork skills
