Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for a new opportunity in Didcot, Oxford?

Winner Recruitment are working closely with a a large Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit for a Receptionist within Didcot, Oxford. The role is full time working Monday - Friday 8am-5:00pm. You will be required to start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answering and directing phone calls and emails
Managing bookings, appointments, and visitor sign-ins
Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house area
Assisting other team members with ad-hoc administrative duties
Providing excellent customer service at all times
About You

Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Confident using computers and standard office software
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous reception or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
