An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading residential developer on the launch of their flagship development in Worcester.
This is a key front‑of‑house role on a high‑profile site, and we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running, confidently manage a busy sales environment, and deliver exceptional customer service from day one.
The Role
* Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to reservation
* Conducting professional and engaging show home viewings
* Maintaining high presentation standards across the sales area
* Building strong relationships with prospective buyers
* Working towards sales targets and supporting a successful site launch
* Providing accurate information on availability, pricing, and build progress
What We're Looking For
* Strong sales experience (new homes preferred, but property or high‑end sales considered)
* Confident, proactive, and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
* Professional, well‑presented, and able to represent a premium brand
