Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils to promote engagement and confidence.
Support teachers in delivering tailored learning activities.
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.
Assist students in developing social skills, resilience, and independence.
Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEN, or behavioural needs is desirable.
A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
Ability to remain positive and adaptable in a dynamic school environment.
What's on Offer
The opportunity to work in a small, friendly independent SEN school.
A supportive leadership team that values staff wellbeing.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
A rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference every day.
A close-knit team with a strong sense of community and purpose.

If you're looking for a fulfilling role within a caring and specialist educational setting, we'd love to hear from you.
