Location: Kent
Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience and qualification

The Role
As a Senior Practice Accountant, you will manage a varied portfolio of owner managed businesses, limited companies and sole traders, providing a broad range of accounting services including:
Preparation and review of statutory accounts
Preparation and review of management accounts
Review of bookkeeping and VAT returns
Preparation and review of corporation tax computations and returns
Managing client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Assisting with some audit assignments and audit fieldwork - training provided.
RequirementsWe are keen to hear from candidates who have:
ACA or ACCA qualification, are studying towards qualification, or are qualified by experience
Recent experience working within an accountancy practice environment
Experience preparing statutory accounts
Good knowledge of management accounts and general practice work
Strong communication and client relationship skills
A proactive and positive approach to work
A desire to broaden their technical knowledge and continue developing professionally
