Job Details

Location: Theobalds Park Road, Crews Hill, Enfield, EN2 9BD

Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (5 days)

Salary: £30,139.20 per year * recently increased

Qualification: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)

What you will be doing:

Working closely with your Room Leader and a supportive management team, you’ll:
Provide high‑quality care and learning in line with EYFS

Build positive relationships with children and families

Contribute ideas to planning — your voice matters

Maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment

Feel supported to meet safeguarding and Ofsted expectations.

You’ll never be left to “manage everything alone”.

What We’re Looking For

Full & relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification

At least 1 year’s experience in an Early Years setting

Good knowledge of the EYFS framework

Clear communication in spoken and written English

A team player who enjoys working with children and colleagues

(Experience supporting inspections is helpful, but not essential.)
