Site Supervisor

Location: Hull / North Ferriby (HU14)
Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off Nights
⏰ Hours: 19:00 - 07:00

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Supervisor to join a leading facilities management operation at a large-scale distribution and logistics site in the Hull / North Ferriby area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident leader with a background in cleaning, facilities management, or site services who enjoys managing teams and driving high standards.

The Role
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 15-20 cleaning operatives, ensuring all areas of the site are maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional service to the client.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing and motivating a team of 15-20 cleaning operatives
* Allocating workloads and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently
* Conducting quality inspections and maintaining service standards
* Managing attendance, performance, and staff welfare
* Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
* Liaising with site management and acting as the main point of contact during night shifts
* Completing reports, audits, and shift handover

* Previous supervisory or team leader experience within facilities management, cleaning, or a similar environment
* Strong people management and organisational skills
* Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Confidence working in a fast-paced operational environment
