Location: Thanet
Salary: up to £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week

The role:
We are seeking an experienced Print Machine Minder to operate and maintain a 6-Colour Printing Press, producing high-quality packaging products to exacting standards.
Benefits:
20 days annual leave + bank holidays
Overtime paid at x1.5

Christmas shutdown (days must be saved from annual leave)Key responsibilities would be:
Set up, operate, and maintain a 6-colour printing machine
Ensure print quality meets company and customer specifications
Monitor production runs, adjusting machines as required
Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding
Work closely with supervisors and production staff to meet deadlines
Follow all health & safety and quality procedures
Minimise waste and downtime during productionExperience and skills required:
Previous experience operating a 6 colour (or similar) printing machine
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues
Good understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a teamNext steps:
