Guest Services Assistant
Longleat Forest | £13.20 per hour
Start every break with a warm welcome
From check-in to check-out, you'll help guests settle in, answer their questions and make sure everything runs smoothly. It's about great service, quick solutions and being the person people turn to.
What you'll be doing
Checking guests in and welcoming them to the village
Answering questions by phone and in person
Logging maintenance issues and helping with activity bookings

This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
Friendly, confident and clear when communicating
Comfortable with booking systems (or happy to learn)
Calm under pressure and quick to solve problems
