ECT Primary Teacher – Liverpool

This is an excellent opportunity for newly qualified teachers looking to gain valuable classroom experience across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 while building confidence and developing their teaching career within supportive school environments.

The Role

As an ECT Primary Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports pupil development.
Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
Work collaboratively with school staff, teaching assistants, and leadership teams.
Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Develop classroom management skills with ongoing support and guidance.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

QTS or be due to obtain Qualified Teacher Status.
A passionate and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to engage and inspire young learners.
A flexible and adaptable attitude.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one through TeacherActive).
