Looking for the opportunity to lead major fire remediation projects with one of the region's most respected contractors?

Our client is a market-leading construction business with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across South Wales, the South West, South Coast, and M4 Corridor. Operating across commercial, healthcare, leisure, and high-rise residential sectors, they have built a reputation for excellence on projects ranging from £3m to £50m.

Following significant growth within their specialist Fire Remediation Division, they have secured an extensive portfolio of live and upcoming projects and are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to play a key role in the continued success of the business.

Why Join?

* Join a financially secure contractor with a strong regional presence and exceptional reputation.

* Take ownership of high-profile fire remediation projects that are making buildings safer for residents and communities.

* Work within a thriving division that has a substantial pipeline of secured work.

* Enjoy a high level of autonomy, trust, and support from an experienced senior leadership team.

* Benefit from genuine long-term career progression opportunities within a growing business.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee up to three live projects concurrently, primarily involving the removal and replacement of external cladding systems with compliant fire-retardant solutions on occupied high-rise buildings.

You'll work closely with Project Managers and site teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your time will be spent predominantly across live sites, supporting project delivery, building client relationships, and driving performance, with occasional visits to head office for progress reviews, CVRs, and strategic planning meetings.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing multiple fire remediation projects from pre-construction through to completion.

* Leading and supporting project teams to achieve programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

* Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

* Reviewing project performance, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery.

* Monitoring commercial performance and contributing to monthly CVR reviews.

* Driving best practice in health, safety, quality, and compliance.

About You

We're keen to speak with ambitious construction professionals who can demonstrate:

* Proven experience delivering fire remediation, façade remediation, recladding, or high-rise residential projects.

* A successful background in either a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager position.

* Strong leadership and people-management skills.

* Excellent commercial awareness and programme management capabilities.

* The flexibility to travel between projects across the South West and South Coast regions.

Package

In return, our client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package, together with the opportunity to join a business that continues to grow, invest, and secure major projects throughout the region.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact within a successful and expanding specialist division, we'd love to hear from you
