Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 + Benefits

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator to join a growing and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to develop their expertise within a dynamic supply chain environment.

Working closely with the Logistics Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed, supporting purchasing activities, maintaining accurate system data, and helping to keep customer supply requirements running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities as Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Provide day-to-day operational support to the Logistics Supervisor.
Coordinate material requirements for customer accounts, ensuring supply aligns with demand.
Support procurement and purchasing activities, including raising and managing purchase orders.
Produce and maintain order status reports, including daily CTB reporting.
Manage order schedules proactively, responding to changes in customer demand.
Monitor supplier performance and follow up on outstanding deliveries to minimise supply disruptions.
Maintain accurate information within ERP/MRP systems, including order details, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain operations.
Identify and resolve potential supply issues before they impact customers.About You as a Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role is essential.
Experience within supply chain, procurement, purchasing, manufacturing, or logistics environments would be advantageous.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
Strong Excel skills, including data management and reporting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.
