This is a Full-time | Permanent office-based role
Mon - Fri: 9am-5pmWe're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join a fast-paced team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with shipping administration experience to play a key role in supporting global order fulfilment while developing their career in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate and process international shipments, ensuring timely delivery worldwide
Manage sales orders and maintain accurate records within the CRM system
Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proforma invoices
Handle customer enquiries, including telephone orders and product queries
Process returns efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Perform general administrative tasks to support the wider sales function
Stay up to date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers What We're Looking For
Proven experience in shipping coordination/administration (essential)
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong organisation and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM systems (advantageous)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
