Working in our Children's Home means becoming part of a young person's day-to-day life. It means being there for the highest highs and the lowest lows, offering consistency, care and leadership that helps young people rebuild trust, develop confidence and move towards a brighter future.

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, helping them to feel safe, valued and understood. You will support the team to deliver outstanding care, create positive routines and celebrate the small moments that make a big difference.
