This opportunity will see you play a key role on one of their flagship developments - a brand-new film studio in Buckinghamshire, offering a unique chance to contribute to a landmark project where environmental excellence is critical from day one.
This is more than just a site role, it’s your chance to lead from the front, influence major decisions, and leave a lasting impact on a standout build.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning Environmental Performance – Lead environmental compliance across the project, ensuring standards are consistently achieved while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
Bringing Strategy to Life – Embed ISO 14001-aligned systems and environmental controls into everyday site activity, making sure policies translate into practical actions.
Driving Continuous Improvement – Carry out regular audits and inspections, tracking actions through to completion and helping raise environmental performance across the project.
Acting as a Trusted Advisor – Provide practical environmental guidance to site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, supporting confident and informed decision-making.
Collaborating for Success – Work closely with internal teams and external bodies, including regulators, to support smooth project delivery and maintain full compliance.
Who they’re looking for:
Experienced & Knowledgeable – Previous experience in an environmental role within construction, civils or a similar environment, with a clear understanding of compliance requirements.
Qualified & Informed – Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline, with a good working knowledge of ISO 14001 and environmental legislation.
Solutions-Focused Mindset – Able to identify challenges early and take a practical, considered approach to resolving them on site.
Effective Communicator – Comfortable engaging with a range of stakeholders, delivering briefings and supporting a positive environmental culture.
Self-Motivated & Adaptable – Enjoys working in a fast-paced, site-based setting and takes ownership in delivering high-quality outcomes.
