Electrical Production Operative Location: North East England
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (08:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday)
About the Role
Wolviston Management Services are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation within the subsea sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic electrical production team, supporting the manufacture and assembly of high-quality electrical connectors and cable harnesses for offshore applications.
Key Responsibilities
Cutting and preparing cables to specification
Soldering and termination of electrical wiring
Assembly of electrical connectors
Kitting of parts for production processes
Carrying out inventory checks and stock control
Supporting efficient production workflows and maintaining quality standards Skills & Experience
Essential:
Proven experience in soldering wires
Desirable:
Previous experience in an electrical manufacturing environment
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks
Experience working with minimal supervision Qualifications
GCSEs (Grade A-C or equivalent)
NVQ Level II (or equivalent vocational qualification) Personal Attributes
Highly motivated with a strong attention to detail
Proactive and forward-thinking approach
Ability to contribute ideas to improve production processes and support new product development What's on Offer
