Our client is a market leading manufacturer. To maintain their high standards, they are looking to recruit a Customer Support Lead.

The Role

* Will manage a consistent, competent and customer focused team.

* Always prioritising customer needs ensuring clear communication for the customer.

* Oversee day to day performance of the team.

* Maintain compliance with defined KPI’s and drive performance against key metrics.

* Provide coaching, training and reviews.

* Managing customer experience and resolving issues.

* Liasing with a range of departments to do this.

The Person

* Previous experience in a similar role.

* Excellent communicator both in written and verbal forms.

* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload and team.

* Excellent attention to detail.
