Our client, a reputable volume main dealership in Hayle, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their professional and welcoming team.

The successful individual will contribute to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the dealership’s continued growth.

Deliver proactive and attentive customer service at all times

Take ownership of customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Prepare invoices and process payments securely
Achieve dealership targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership proceduresRequirements of a Service Advisor:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided
Confident communicator with a professional attitude
Organised, computer literate, and able to use dealership management systems efficiently
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to work
Able to work effectively within a team and contribute to achieving targets
