Neighborhood Services Manager

Neighbourhood Service Manager for an immediate start - salary £65,038k. This is an initial 3‑month contract, with the potential to extend.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring:

Extensive experience in housing management
A proven ability to lead large operational teams
Strong expertise in ASB casework and neighbourhood management
The capacity to stabilise services quickly and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Role Requirements

Candidates must live within commutable distance of Coventry.
They must be able to commit to up to 2/3 days per week in the office.
This is a senior operational role overseeing a large, high‑demand housing management service.

Team Leadership Responsibilities

The postholder will manage services covering approximately 16,000 properties, with direct responsibility for:

Neighbourhood Team Leaders (5)
Neighbourhood Officers (31.5 FTE)
Safer Neighbourhood Officers (5)
Neighbourhood Assistants (4)

The role requires strong leadership, performance management, and the ability to drive service standards across multiple teams.
