As a result of major business growth, we're on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor. We are working with a leading UK-based contractor specialising in the delivery, design-and-build projects across the UK backed by extensive European experience.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across multiple sites and collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Quantity Surveyor - The Details
Fantastic salary
Permanent, full time position
Various perks and benefits
Head office in Slough - Various projects across the country
Travel required across UK project sites including some occasional overnight stays Quantity Surveyor - Responsibilities & Requirements
Relevant QS construction experience, including JCT management
Knowledge in construction planning and understanding of construction execution
Ability to manage contracts, calculations and budgets
Serve contract notices to client in accordance with the contract and customer / company policy
Subcontractor payments, variations and final accounts
Ongoing liaison with site team, subcontractors and Customers' representatives
Compiling Monthly CVR Reports and commercial risk report and cost forecast
Strong communication skills
