This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and forward-thinking legal practice with an excellent reputation in the property sector. The successful candidate will become part of a supportive team, managing a varied caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters while delivering a high standard of service to clients throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities
*
Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion.
*
Draft and review legal documentation including dispositions, contracts, leases, and settlement documentation.
*
Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence investigations.
*
Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
*
Maintain accurate and compliant case files throughout the conveyancing process.
*
Assist with completions, registrations, and post-settlement matters.
*
Work closely with solicitors and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
About You
*
Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or within a similar property law role.
*
Strong knowledge of Scottish residential and/or commercial conveyancing procedures.
*
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
*
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
*
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
