Anderson Knight is recruiting a Parts Sales Advisor on behalf of a well-established business in Glasgow.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and customer-focused team, supporting the supply of parts and components to customers across a range of machinery and equipment. The role combines customer service, sales support, stock control, and administration, making it ideal for someone with experience in parts, automotive, agricultural, plant, or technical environments.
Key Responsibilities
*
Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face.
*
Identify and supply the correct parts efficiently and accurately.
*
Process customer orders, collections, and dispatches.
*
Promote products and identify opportunities to increase sales.
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments.
*
Receive, organise, and manage stock deliveries.
*
Pick, pack, and store parts in line with company procedures.
*
Assist with stock control, invoicing, and general administration.
*
Support online sales activity and customer follow-ups where required.
About You
*
Previous experience within a parts, automotive, agricultural, plant, engineering, or similar environment.
*
Strong customer service and communication skills.
*
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
*
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
*
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*
Proactive, positive, and commercially aware with a willingness to identify sales opportunities.
