OFSTED Registered Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed Harmful Sexual Behaviour (SHB) home in Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with on-call participation.

The Service

* 3-bed SHB residential home

* Young people aged 8–25

* Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm plus on-call rota

We Are Looking For

* 2+ years' supervisory or management experience in children's residential care

* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted frameworks

* Experience with trauma-informed and therapeutic care approaches

* Full UK driving licence

* Level 5 Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards)
