Anderson Knight is pleased to be working with a leading organisation in Dundee to recruit a Sales Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business within the agricultural sector, offering a varied and fast-paced role where you'll support customers, drive sales activity, and work closely with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. The position would suit a proactive and customer-focused individual looking to develop their career within sales and agriculture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

*

Act as a key point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing exceptional service.

*

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and manufacturer representatives.

*

Support the sales process from enquiry through to completion, identifying opportunities to maximise revenue.

*

Generate leads through outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer engagement activities.

*

Assist customers with product information, machine specifications, and sales enquiries.

Administration & Coordination

*

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM and internal systems.

*

Support sales reporting, quotations, and general sales administration.

*

Coordinate deliveries and transport schedules to ensure customer requirements are met.

*

Liaise with internal departments including parts, service, and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.

Business Support

*

Assist with the organisation of trade shows, customer events, and promotional activities.

*

Support machine handovers and customer demonstrations where required.

*

Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the sales team.

About You

*

Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales administration, or a similar commercial role.

*

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

*

Strong organisational abilities with a high level of attention to detail.

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using CRM systems.

*

A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach.

*

Interest or experience within agriculture, machinery, construction, or a related industry would be advantageous.
