Our client, a leading name in the construction and engineering sector, is seeking a Front of House / Reception Specialist to elevate their daily operations and welcome their clients with unmatched enthusiasm.

What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the entire building. Your day-to-day will involve:

Creating a Stellar First Impression: Welcoming high-profile clients, sub-contractors, and team members with genuine warmth and professionalism.
*
Managing the Buzz: Handling a busy switchboard, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and coordinating meeting room schedules with fluid efficiency.
*
Fueling the Atmosphere: Keeping the reception and client-facing areas looking pristine, vibrant, and organized.
*
Ad-Hoc Team Support: Assisting with administrative tasks and internal events to keep our office culture thriving.
