An ambitious and rapidly improving secondary school in East London is seeking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Teacher of SEND to join its inclusive and supportive team from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled practitioner who is committed to ensuring that students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and tailored support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and develop the confidence, skills, and independence needed for success.

Working closely with the SEND department, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families, the successful candidate will help ensure that students receive the provision they need to thrive both academically and personally.
The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified teacher with a passion for inclusive education.

Have experience of, or a strong interest in, supporting students with SEND.
*
Deliver engaging and appropriately differentiated lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
*
Work collaboratively with colleagues to implement effective support strategies and interventions.
*
Monitor student progress and contribute to the development of individual learning plans and targets.
*
Build positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and external agencies.
*
Have high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and personal development.
