Our client, a well-established franchise-approved dealership in Gloucester, is currently looking to recruit a highly motivated and customer-focused New/Used Car Sales Executive. This is a not-to-miss role offering significant earning potential and excellent career development prospects.

Competitive basic salary of £20,000, aligned with experience
Uncapped annual earnings with performance-related commission, averaging £50,750+
Overperformance bonus of £2,500-£5,000 annually

Selling new and used vehicles, accessories, add-ons, and warranties to customers
Presenting finance and insurance products to maximise sales
Maintaining communication with customers about vehicle delivery progress and informing them of any delays
Addressing customer queries promptly and effectively
Collecting payments and ensuring smooth transaction completion
Explaining warranty, service schedules, and introducing customers to the Service Department where applicable
Demonstrating vehicle features and providing exceptional after-sales support
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets
Working closely with the sales team and reporting to the Sales Manager to ensure business objectives are metRequirements of the New/Used Car Sales Executive:
Proven successful experience as a Car Sales Executive, ideally within a franchise dealership environment
Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving results
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Capable of working independently and proactively seeking sales opportunities
Brand-focused with a keen attention to detail
Full UK driving licence with minimal points
Energetic, dedicated, and committed to professional growth
