Our client, a Top 40 firm, is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Senior Accountant to manage a substantial and diverse client portfolio within their growing North West practice. This role will report directly to and support the MD with the running of the office
Key Responsibilities
* Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio,
ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term relationships.
* Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and develop a team of professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to shape and implement regional strategies aligned with the firm's objectives.
* Change Management: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and regional presence.
What we need from you:
* Qualifications: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience in practice.
* Experience: Proven track record in managing client portfolios and leading service delivery across audit, accounts, and advisory.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong ability to identify and pursue growth
opportunities.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
capable of inspiring and influencing teams and clients.
* Ambition: Motivated to progress to a Director-level role and drive regional growth.
