The Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a forward-thinking education organisation in Bournemouth to recruit an experienced HR Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping people strategy, driving engagement, and supporting organisational growth within a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.
The Role
As HR Lead, you will take ownership of delivering effective and innovative HR solutions that support both staff development and organisational objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will act as a trusted advisor while leading key HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include:
Designing and delivering engaging learning and development programmes
Partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives
Supporting and improving recruitment and onboarding processes
Reviewing and enhancing HR policies, practices, and employee experience
Monitoring and evaluating HR performance metrics, driving continuous improvement
Promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in a HR Lead / HR Manager or similar position
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capability
Experience within education or a values-led organisation (desirable)
A genuine passion for people development and organisational culture
